The job
As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will take the team lead and provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of the business. You will contribute to the development of projects, communicating with employees and customers, and ensuring quality, scalability and performance.
You will work closely with the CEO to define and implement guidelines consistently across the team workflow and projects. You will be highly involved in the recruitment, the training and the management of the team.
We expect you to be well-versed in the Laravel ecosystem and familiar with a variety of business concepts.
Your profile
You’re passionate about building meaningful web projects with the Laravel framework and ecosystem. Strategic thinking, problem solving and productivity are essential in this role. You are ready to join a startup journey from the early days and want to be a part of building a sustainable company.

Your skills and experience:
- Passionate about the Laravel framework and ecosystem
- At least 3-5 years of experience as PHP, Back-end developer
- Proficiency in PHP, SQL (MySQL), Laravel and Laravel Nova
- Proficiency in Laravel Forge (Digital Ocean), and Laravel Vapor (AWS)
- Proficiency in Git and Github (Project setup and CI)
- Working knowledge of Javascript (Vue.JS, Vanilla JS, Alpine JS, jQuery)
- Working knowledge of HTML 5, Semantic, Open Graph, schema.org
- Working knowledge of CSS 3, Flexbox, Grid, CSS Variable, BEM, Tailwind CSS
- Working knowledge of Laravel Livewire
- Understanding of React.JS
- Ability to accurately implement requirements from designers and clients
- Ability to read, understand and structure technical documentation, libraries and third-party services
- Ability to retrieve and request information independently
- Eager to learn new skills, technologies, and practices on your own
